These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Eventati ("the Site") and the Buyer. The term "Buyer" refers to individuals accepting these terms and/or any entity or individuals acting on their behalf.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not access or use our services.
We thank you for visiting our website and welcome your inquiries or concerns.

Eventati reserves the right to modify these terms or our privacy policy at any time without prior notice. Updates take effect within 20 days of publication. Users are responsible for reviewing the policy page periodically for changes.

 

General Terms

  • Eventati is not responsible for misinformation, incorrect, or inaccurate data posted by organizers.
  • Eventati is not responsible for event cancellations or changes to date, time, or location.
  • Eventati assumes no liability for disputes over events, loss or damage of personal belongings, or ticket sales conducted offline or outside the site.
  • It is the Buyer's responsibility to contact the Organizer for any refunds.
  • All prices listed are in USD, ILS, or JD.
  • Eventati is not responsible for third-party content linked from the event page.
  • E-tickets and confirmation will be sent via email once full payment is received.
  • Eventati and the Organizer are not liable for personal injuries or lost/damaged belongings. Buyers are encouraged to have travel insurance.
  • Credit card purchases will appear as “Eventati” on statements.
  • There is no refund for no-shows or if the Buyer does not attend the event.
  • Eventati does not guarantee or manage refunds or cancellations—this is the sole responsibility of the Organizer.

 

Important Notice

  • Eventati holds no responsibility for injuries, illness, death, or loss of personal belongings during events.
  • The Organizer is responsible for:
    • Event cancellations
    • Postponements
    • Schedule or venue changes
  • If a refund is necessary due to any of the above, the Buyer must contact the Organizer directly.
  • Eventati only provides the ticket booking platform and validates tickets at entry.
  • Buyers must bring their ticket(s) to the event.
  • Do not share your PDF ticket with others or on social media to prevent unauthorized use.

 

Refunds and Cancellation

  • Tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
  • Buyers must carefully review their purchase before checkout.
  • Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled.
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, the Organizer is responsible for offering full refunds for each ticket.
  • Eventati holds no responsibility for disputes regarding cancellations or refunds.

 

Prohibited Content

Buyers agree not to upload or share content that:

  • Is offensive or directed at any individual or group.
  • Attacks others based on:
    • National origin
    • Gender
    • Ethnicity
    • Sexual orientation
    • Religion
    • Race
    • Disability
    • Illness
  • Infringes on any intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright or trademarks).
  • Contains sexual or pornographic material of any kind.

 

Data Protection

  • Eventati uses SSL encryption with digital signature to secure sensitive data.
  • User credit/payment information is protected and transmitted through secure networks.
  • Regular vulnerability scans are conducted to ensure safety.
  • We do not sell user data to third parties.
  • The Organizer is not authorized to collect or use buyer data (such as emails) unless explicitly agreed to by the Buyer for event-related communication.

 

Termination of Account

Eventati reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user account under the following circumstances:

  • Violation or breach of these terms and conditions.
  • Failure to pay for services.
  • Attempted misuse or breach of Eventati’s systems or platform.
