By using our website, you are acknowledging that you have read and aware of these terms and conditions by Eventati.co. If you have any concern and don’t agree with this policy, you may not be able to access or use our services, moreover, we thank you for visiting our website and you are welcome to contact us if you have any concerns and inquiries. Based on the experience from time to time, we may apply some changes to our privacy policy and make essential changes. We have the discretion and the right to update our policy at any time. We encourage you to check this policy frequently and look for any changes. We may, but need not, provide you with a notice of the changes. When the update happen the changes will take place and be effective within 20 days. It is the user responsibility to review and revisit the policy page periodically.

We are not responsible for any cancellation or changes related to date, time, location. 

Eventati will not hold any responsibility for any dispute over an event, loss or damage of personal belongings during the event, or ticket selling offline and through our site.

It is your responsibility to contact your organizer for refund.

All prices are either in USD, ILS or JD.

We are not responsible for what is included in the event page related to the content or any other websites. 

E-ticket and confirmation will be sent to your email after the purchase and until payment has been received in full. 

Eventati and organizer are not responsible and liable for personal injury, damage or loss or personal belongings. We encourage buyers to issue travel insurance.

Credit card Purchase payments will be shown on your statement as "Eventati" merchant. 

Eventati is not responsible for the refund or cancellation for your purchase.

There in no refund for no show or not attending.

Important Notice

• Eventati holds no responsibility for any injuries, illnesses, or fatalities of event attendees (including ticket holders), nor for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the event. Additionally, issues such as event cancellations, postponements, date changes, etc., fall under the direct responsibility of the event organizer, who is accountable for addressing and resolving any arising matters.

• If a refund is required due to event cancellation, postponement, or date change, please get in touch with the designated party (The Organizer).

• Eventati's role is strictly limited to providing a platform for ticket booking and ensuring their validity on the event day.

• Please ensure you have the ticket/s with you at the event and refrain from sharing the PDF ticket with others or on social media.

 

Refunds:

Tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged

 

Cancellation of events and refund policy. 

It is your responsibility to review your purchase order before checking out and confirm payments.

There is no refund for tickets purchase unless event is cancelled.

Eventati will not hold any responsibility for any dispute over an event or ticket purchase. 

The organizer will contact you and offer refund of full ticket price for each one in the case of the event is cancelled or postponed.  

 

Prohibited Content 

You agree not to upload any offensive content to any individual or group. 

Attack people based on their national origin, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, race, sex, disability or disease. 

Infringes the IP of any other people such as trademarks, copyright. 

Upload any sexual materials or pornographic of any kind.

 

Data Protection 

We adapt an encrypted with a digital signature and protected Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology channel, user sensitive/ credit information and private data securely happen through it and contained behind a secured network. We don’t sell user information to third parties. Our website applies a regular and constant scanning for vulnerabilities points and we make sure your experience to our site is safe as possible.    

 

The organizer is not authorized to collect buyers “unsolicited” emails and data or send them any emails unless the agreed to receive information related to the event. 

 

Termination 

We hold the full right to terminate and close your account in case we find that you breach our terms and conditions, failed to pay any amount for our service and misusing our site and trying to breach our site.
