Who we are
Eventati is an event and tickets management platform. It is a self-service space for everyone to create, organize, share and promote, manage and sell tickets. This allow individuals, organizations, groups…etc and anyone to create events in few steps using a flawless application. The platform is a space for all kinds of events such as music, performing art, festivals, fundraising, political, parties, seminars, workshops, training, tours and more. Our aim is to share thoughts, passion and to keep everyone connected and up-to-date.
These privacy terms oversee and manage EVENTATI data and information that EVENTATI website is collecting. The information we collect might be personal such as the personal information (name, email, address, mobile number, and credit card information collected in many different ways not only limited to the user's visits to our site, subscriptions, or registrations for our services. The user owns the right to refuse our term in reference of submitting their data. However, this rejection limits them from benefiting from our services.
What information we collect and when? When users use our website or App?
We ask for username, email, address and phone number when registering on our site, when subscribing to our newsletter, or respond to a survey. By using our EVENTATI site and application, users are required to register and submit their information if they are managing, planning and organizing events. This allows individuals, organizations, groups ..etc to create events in few steps using a flawless application. The platform is a space for all kind of events such as music, performing art, festivals, fundraising, political, parties, seminars, workshops, training, tours and more. The website allows users to create events, manage, sell and track the purchaser, who is attending the event. We refer to “user” as the person who uses our service, “organizer” as the person or society that create, manage and sell the services and “attendee” as the person attending the events.
If user decides to use our services, we ask for personal data collection as follows:
Users: We ask for data information when user decides to use our services. The data is needed and compulsory when user decides to use the service such as buying tickets. The data we require is not limited to (name, email, address, or mobile number). The collection is not compulsory and there is no need for the user to provide any when it comes to browsing our site or our survey collection. However, we may ask users to provide their name and email when they contact us and inquire some information.
Organizers: For th organizer, additional data may be collected such as bank information and billing address. This collection of data is for later payment processing such as transferring your event’s payments to the account and information the organizer provides. We may require data collection from a third party to secure payment processing.
Individual information (Non-personal)
We may collect non-personal information whenever the user interacts with our services. Non-personal data may include the browser’s name, technical information, the operating system and the Internet service providers. However, user passwords do not apply.
Usage of collected data
To constantly improve our service and the user’s experience we collect data (i.e. we may collect data to determine if thr user is comfortable when using our services). We also collect it to process payment transactions. However, we don’t share the user’s information with third parties unless for processing services such as payments. Moreover, the information we collect is used to send users information they agreed to receive such as updates and information they are interested in and to send them notification to their email which they provided in order to respond to their inquiries and questions (i.e. if the users subscribe to our mailing list, they will receive updates and news about our services and events) we collect data to develop our marketing. Registered user can update or amend their information by entering their account siting page. But if you are not registered you can request for an access to your stored data by emailing and contacting us.
For how long we keep your personal information?
As long as you are registered and using our service we will keep your information. We may retain your data for an additional period of time when you request a closing of your account under applicable and in accordance with the law and we keep it on backup for legal and tax issues.
Children under 14 years’ old, need their parents permission to ac. We encourage parents to keep an eye on their children, educate them and teach them to always ask for their permission. If you have doubts that a 14 years old child providing personal data, please contact us and we will handle it and immediately delete the information.
